Medical SMS app for iPhone and iPad

This application enables users to easily send SMS text messages that contain sensitive clinical information over a non-encrypted network.

The application allows the user to easily select the intended recipient from their phone contact list or manually enter a name and phone number. The user then provides a patient name and clinical information.

During the send message process Medical SMS separates the intended recipient, the patients name, and the patients clinical information into separate messages with their own appropriate legal disclaimers, so that the information never resides together on the wireless carriers server.

The application contains a mechanism to confirm that indeed the texted information was received by the intended recipient. In addition to customizable settings, Medical SMS contains a history function to track sent messages.
